A quarter century of signing off on numbers.

We take on individuals and owner-run companies - the returns, the monthly books, the incorporation, and the questions that come up in between, including for clients with income or assets in India.

The firm was founded by Yogi Raj Aggarwal, a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years in professional practice. As a partner at YAPL & Co. Chartered Accountants, India, he led statutory and tax audits, internal audits and tax returns - work where every judgment is examined again by someone else afterwards. Along with individual and small business clients, corporate clients include Nahar Polyfilms Ltd., Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd., Garg Acrylics Ltd. etc.

That standard is how the firm works now. Books are kept so they survive a second look, returns are filed on positions that can be defended, and every file has a senior accountant on it rather than a rotating desk of juniors.
